Fishing
Charters
Reef, wreck, or offshore — Captain Rene knows the bite. Snapper, grouper, mahi, kingfish, and on the right day, swordfish in the depths off the Keys. All tackle, bait, and ice in the box are included.
Where We Go
The Florida Keys are an unfair fishery. Within 20 minutes of our launch you can be over the patch reefs catching mangrove and yellowtail snapper, dropping deep on grouper at the wrecks, or running offshore for mahi, kingfish, and tuna. With a longer day we can target swordfish on the deeper edges.
Captain Rene picks the target species based on the season, the wind, and what's been biting. He'll talk through the options at the dock so you know exactly what kind of day you're getting into.

Fishing Trip FAQs
What will we catch?
It depends on season and conditions. Reef trips: snapper, grouper, hogfish, jacks. Offshore: mahi, kingfish, tuna, sailfish. Deep drop / swordfish trips run on the right days. The captain will set expectations before you leave the dock.
Do we keep the fish?
Yes — we keep what's legal and tasty, and release the rest. Captain cleans and bags everything at the dock so you go home with fillets ready for the grill.
Are bait and tackle included?
Yes. All rods, reels, terminal tackle, and bait are on the boat.
Do I need a fishing license?
No. You're covered under the captain's charter license.
Is this OK for first-time anglers or kids?
Absolutely. The captain helps with everything from baiting hooks to fighting the fish. Kids fish for free in spirit and reel in the small ones in person.
What about seasickness?
Reef days are usually flat. Offshore is windier. If anyone is prone to seasickness, take Bonine the night before — much more effective than Dramamine the morning of.
